To Do List:

1. Take a walk with no destination and no time limit. Feel the world.

2. Create a list of things you're grateful for. Hang it on your refrigerator. Add at least one new thing to the list each day.

3. Give yourself the gift of breath. To breathe we have to feel, and that can be frightening. But without feeling, life is flat. Enrich your life. Breathe.

4. Pick a wildflower and draw it. Drop your preconceived notions of what it looks like. Really see it, and really draw it.

5. Re-read Winnie the Pooh. You probably didn't appreciate it fully at age seven.

6. Get twenty one-dollar coins. Walk around town dropping them in random places. Plant treasure. See what grows.

7. Celebrate "Me Day" at least once a month.

8. Have a discussion with a five-year-old. The magical perspectives of young children often mask surprising perceptions and insight.

9. Discover a new route to work. Don't take the same streets you always do. You'll arrive a different person.

10. However many plants you already have, buy two more. Plants sanctify your home.
